DO YOU SHIP TO WHERE I LIVE?
Yes we ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may occur when items are sent outside of Australia. This is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Australian orders have a flat rate of $3.50 AUD. International orders have a flat rate of $5.00 AUD.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Most of our plugs are made to order which takes 2 weeks before shipping.
Products in our essentials, ready made and snowglobe sections and ready made and will ship within 2 business days providing your order doesn't include made to order plugs.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Depending where you are in the world will alter the shipping time.

Orders from Australia will usually arrive within 3-6 days after being shipped.
Overseas orders may take up to 3 weeks (21 business days) to arrive after being shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped by regular post within Australia or international airmail.
If you would like tracking please choose tracked shipping at checkout.

If you do not purchase tracking you will not be providing with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost/missing parcels if tracking is not purchased and will not refund under any circumstances.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Please ensure that you purchase the correct design/size. We will not refund or exchange the order even if they haven't been worn. Unfortunately we can't just take your word for it.

Once your order has been placed it can not be changed.
Please always double check the size you require and make sure you order the correct amount.

All images on our site are for example purposes only.

Plugs pictured are usually 20mm and above. Please note that plugs below 14mm (9/16") may be less clear due to the image being shrunk down to a small size.

Please note: We hold no responsibility or liability for the loss of a parcel due to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us by the customer. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address it is therefore the customers responsibility. We will not refund nor resend the order under any circumstances. Please make sure it is correct. If there is a problem with the shipping address please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it providing the order hasn't shipped yet. Once the order is shipped there is nothing that can be done.
